Are you making the decision to collide with those who need to get smacked upside the head? If not, then you need to because it's the only way to get results and feedback. It's hard for introverts to confront people who have wronged them, but once you see the results of standing up for yourself you'll find that the more that you do this the more results you will get. You'll have more and more opportunities pop up too.
